What is HPF Hangover Prevention Formula?
HPF is a natural dietary supplement that provides protection from the "morning after" symptoms experienced after prolonged or excessive alcohol consumption.* HPF contains Tex-OE, a patented, all-natural extract formula derived from the fruit of the prickly pear cactus (Opuntia ficus indica) and B vitamins. Tex-OE accelerates the body's natural response to physical stressors such as alcohol.* Because alcohol can deplete vitamins necessary for proper nerve, muscle and cardiovascular function, HPF contains supplemental B vitamins as well.*
Will HPF prevent me from becoming intoxicated?
Absolutely not! HPF does not prevent intoxication. The purpose of HPF is to help protect the body from the many discomforts of an occasional hangover.* Moderation is the best hangover prevention.
How should I take HPF?
Take one capsule of HPF per 130 lbs. of body weight, with water, at least 2 hours before drinking alcohol. Fiber interferes with the absorption of HPF. For best results, do not eat or drink foods or beverages containing fiber 2 hours before and 2 hours after taking HPF. (Refer to dietary fiber chart.) HPF is effective for up to 72 hours.*
